Camp Scottie’s beautiful wooded setting in Howard City may be the perfect rental space for your Scout group, women’s retreat, family reunion, or school group. The campus is available to rent mid-August through Memorial Day. Summer weekends are also available.
Camp Scottie is home to our day camp every June through August.

Camp Scottie’s Tamarack Lodge is built in the shape of a cross with four distinct areas: a dining room with commercial kitchen, lounge, and two bunkrooms divided by a central round fireplace.
Tamarack Lodge Kitchen: commercial kitchen with double-wide refrigerator, freestanding refrigerator, commercial freezer, griddle (36″), ovens (2), four-burner stove, restaurant-size coffee maker, plates, cups, silverware, serving utensils, serving trays, and bakeware.
Tamarack Lodge Dining Room: WIFI, round tables (12), and chairs (80).
Tamarack Lodge Lounge: WIFI, couch seating area, ping pong table, projection screen, projector, folding tables (2), folding picnic table (2), and foosball table.
Tamarack Lodge Bunkrooms: Two bunkrooms on each side (capacity 20 in each bunkroom on ten bunks), two sets of restrooms/showers adjacent to each bunkroom.
Creekside Lodge: Beautiful wooden walls, a stone fireplace and windows on every side create a unique meeting space. Room is 30′ x 40′ with a capacity of 50 and includes WIFI, tables (4), and chairs (30). Restrooms are available within the building.
Outdoor Chapel: Located deep within the woods, our open air chapel has wooden benches divided by a central aisle. With seating for up to 144 and a stage with a podium, this beautiful space is a gorgeous location for your event.
Waterfront: Lake Gordon access with small, private beach and swimming area. Life jackets available. Must provide your own lifeguards.
Regulation-size athletic field, outdoor basketball court, volleyball court, Mole Ball, Gaga Ball, Frisbee golf course, campsites (4) with full water and electrical hook-up.
