Thank You for Believing in the Vision
"As we share this quarterly update on Camp Roger’s Welcome Campaign, I want to begin with a heartfelt thank you.
To those who have already pledged or given—your early support means more than you know. You’ve not only helped us launch this $8.3 million campaign with confidence, but you’ve also demonstrated a deep trust in the mission and future of Camp Roger. Your generosity is the reason we’re able to move forward boldly, and it’s already inspiring others to join in.
Thank you for being among the first to say “yes.” Your belief in this work is helping us build a more welcoming, more accessible, and more transformative Camp Roger for generations to come."
With deep gratitude,
Doug

"You Belong Here: Elida's Story"
Elida is a sweet, compassionate 13-year-old! She has a rare form of muscular dystrophy, which requires some specific mobility support devices. Elida and her parents decided that a week of making new friends, engaging in exciting activities like swimming and campfires, and growing her independence was possible through Camp Roger's overnight camp program.
LET’S work together to make Camp's spaces more accessible for people with disabilities. We believe it is our responsibility to ensure that every camper can have accessible spaces for fun and adventure.

Lakeview Lodge: A Place for Families
Lakeview Lodge will be a multi-use lodge with family-style and accessible rooms, a shared community kitchen and laundry, and multiple indoor/outdoor gathering spaces.
During the summer...
Lakeview Lodge would provide a home-like space for day camp staff, support staff, and interns. Campers with disabilities would be able to have caregivers onsite during their session as additional support.
During the school year...
Lakeview Lodge would provide a welcoming space to host programming for families, rentals to various adult groups, and optional accessibility housing.
