Community Engagement Director

Do you have visibility and presence in the diverse neighborhoods of Western Michigan, and a heart for ministering to children? We want to meet you.

As the Community Engagement Director, be a liaison for Camp Roger in reaching out to and identifying key partnerships and diverse communities to expand the reach of the ministry. Work to build trust by fostering person-to-person and people-to-organization relationships. Tell Camp Roger’s story and strategic vision through an equity lens. Execute strategic engagement and inclusion partnerships with organizations and be able to represent Camp Roger in diverse communities.  Become a key external representative of Camp and exemplify Camp’s commitment to equity, diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.

Fluent, biliterate English/Spanish preferred. BIPOC applicants are encouraged to apply.
